not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may these objects be modified or reposted. Some Vasana Technologies
internet sites, apps, products and services also contain material that is subject to the copyright rights of their providers.
Trademarks
Unless otherwise indicated, all marks displayed on Vasana Technologies apps, websites, software, products and
services are subject to the trademark rights of Vasana Technologies including, but not limited to, product names, product art
and corporate logos and emblems.
Patents
Vasana Technologies is committed to responsible intellectual property management, including the creation of a
healthy patent ecosystem around the world that promotes and encourages innovation. One component of a well-functioning patent system is clarity around what
entity is the real party in interest for a particular patent. Increased transparency around ownership reduces the likelihood of
opportunistic behavior and gamesmanship by patent holders and helps facilitate licensing.
To demonstrate our commitment to transparency, Vasana Technologies provides a list a list on its main website that includes to the
best of our knowledge all issued patents that Vasana Technologies currently owns, either directly or through subsidiaries.
You can find more information about the patents in the list in a variety of places. For a patent issued in Bharat, you can check
the patent search website of the said country. For a US patent, start at the US Patent and Trademark Office's general Patent Search
home page and navigate to their Full-Text and Image Database, or view additional information using Public PAIR. A good resource
for patents from many countries is the European Patent Office's Espacenet Patent Search site (which includes a training course).
For more information about a patent from another country, contact or visit the website of the patent-granting authority in that
location.
Use Copyrighted or Trademarked Materials
Vasana Technologies websites, apps, products and services — including images, text, and software downloads
(the "content")—are owned either by Vasana Technologies or by third parties who have granted Vasana Technologies permission to use
the content. Vasana Technologies cannot grant you permission for content that is owned by third parties. You may only copy, modify,
distribute, display, license, or sell the content if you are granted explicit permission within the End-User License Agreement
(EULA) or License Terms that accompany the content or are provided in the following guidelines. If your proposed use falls outside
of these Guidelines or any specific guidelines which overrides the following guidelines linked to below for a paticular
Vasana Technologies App, Website, Product or Service, the use is not permitted unless you seek approval from an appropriate
contact within Vasana Technologies. If you have a question or want more information, please consult your legal counsel or your
Vasana Technologies business contact.
Requirements for Allowed Uses
For permission to be granted for any uses allowed by these guidelines, you must comply with the following four requirements:
Use full product name
If your use includes references to a Vasana Technologies app, website, software, product or service, you must use the full
name of the app, website, software, product or service. Follow the Vasana Technologies Trademark and Brand Guidelines when referencing Vasana Technologies Trademarks.
Link Methods
You may link to Vasana Technologies content by using either a plain text link with words such as "This way to vasanatechnologies.com" or by
participating in an applicable Link Logo program. No other images may be used as a link to a Vasana Technologies site.
No offensive use
Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and you may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Vasana Technologies, any of
its apps, websites, software, products or services, or any other person or entity.
Permitted by Vasana Technologies
You must include the following statement: "Used with permission from Vasana Technologies."
Trademark & Brand Guidelines
When referring to Vasana Technologies trademarks and the names of Vasana Technologies apps, websites, software, products and
services, follow these Vasana Technologies Trademark and Brand Guidelines.
You may use Vasana Technologies trademarks in text solely to refer to and/or link to Vasana
Technologies’s apps, websites, software, products and services and in accordance with the terms of these Guidelines.
You may not:
use Vasana Technologies logos, logotypes, icons, trade dress or other elements of Vasana Technologies packaging, websites or materials unless
specifically permitted under these Guidelines or other applicable guidelines;
use the trademarks in the name of your
business, product, service, app, domain name, social media account, or other offering
use the trademarks more prominently than your product or service name;
use the trademarks on promotional merchandise that you are selling or distributing (such as t-shirts, travel mugs, etc.);
do or say anything or use the trademarks in a way that implies affiliation with, or sponsorship, endorsement or approval
by Vasana Technologies of your products or services;
alter, animate, or distort the trademarks or combine them with any other symbols, words, images or designs, or incorporate
them into a tagline or slogan;
use the trademarks in any way that is contrary to these Guidelines
App Guidelines
Your registered publisher name and everything about your app—name, logo, description, screenshots—must be unique and free
of Vasana Technologies trademarks unless (1) you’ve secured permission from Vasana Technologies through a license or equivalent (though such
licenses are not generally available in this context); or (2) you’re only using a Vasana Technologies trademark (not including logos)
to describe that your product is designed to work in conjunction with a Vasana Technologies apps, websites, software, products and
services and as long as your app logo and/or name:
does not suggest/give the impression your app is actually published by, affiliated with or endorsed by Vasana Technologies; and
denotes your own unique brand so as to clearly signal to users that there is no affiliation or endorsement by Vasana Technologies.
In addition, Vasana Technologies logos cannot be used as a source identifier for your app icon.
Social Media Guidelines
The name of your social media account, any and all pages or communities, cannot begin with a Vasana Technologies trademark.
In addition, Vasana Technologies logos cannot be used in a way that might suggest affiliation with Vasana Technologies, including, but not limited to,
the account, profile, or header images. The only exceptions to these requirements are if (1) you’ve secured permission
from Vasana Technologies through a license or equivalent (though such licenses are not generally available in this context); or
(2) you’re using a Vasana Technologies trademark (not including logos) to describe the purpose of your account, page, or community
provided that:
you are not suggesting affiliation with or endorsement by Vasana Technologies; and,
your account does not use the name or likeness of any prominent individuals within Vasana Technologies.
For example, you cannot name your account, page, or community “Vasana Technologies Products.” However, it would
be acceptable to name your account, page, or community “Fans of Vasana Technologies" or “Information about Vasana Technologies Products”
as long as you do not use the Vasana Technologies logos or otherwise suggest any affiliation with Vasana Technologies.
