familiarize and provide You with a level of comfort and confidence in how We collect, use, share, and safeguard information We collect. This Privacy
Policy explains Our policies and procedures regarding information We collect from or about Our Customers and their use of Our products and services. This

We may collect information from or about You (such as Your name, address, phone number, e-mail, payment information, government identification information,
company or organisation information You work for, educational qualifications, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, geographical location, unique identifiers,
username, password, age, gender) or Your devices in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:
Through our Platforms: We may collect information from or about you through our apps, websites, products, softwares, services, social media
pages, e-mail messages, or other Platforms, e.g., when you sign up for a newsletter, make a purchase, or register to use Our product with Us.
Through credit applications and other forms: We may collect additional information from you or others on your behalf on our credit application and
other forms to support Your Platform subscription plan, such as date of birth, government identification number, bank routing
information, and credit related information. We also receive information about you from consumer reporting agencies such as credit history and capacity.
From other sources: We also may receive information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, certified
installers, third-party contracted customer service centers, and social media platforms. Advertisers, app developers and publishers can send us
information through our technology tools that they use, including our plugins, Login service, our APIs and SDKs, or any other technology.
These partners provide information about your activities off our products, softwares and services – including information about your device, websites
you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see and how you use their services – whether or not you have a Vasana Technologies account or are logged
in to one of Our Platforms. For example, a game developer could use our API to tell us what games you play, or a business could tell us about a
purchase you made in its shop. We also receive information about your online and offline actions and purchases from third-party data providers who
have the rights to provide us with your information.
Partners receive your data when you visit or use their services, or through third parties that they work with. We require each of these partners
to have lawful rights to collect, use and share your data before providing us with any data. Learn more about the types of partners we receive

Company Account: Customers who purchase Our products will receive a Company Account, which is hosted on our website. We may
collect and process the following types of data for your Vasana Technologies Account that you elect to provide to us: your customer registration
information; the status of your order; warranty and other documentation for your subscriptions to Our Platforms; and general information about your
Vasana Technologies Platform subscriptions (including, for example, Your subscription identification number or other product copy serial number,
subscription plan information), government identification information, financing agreements, and similar information. You can access your Vasana
Technologies Account to update the information from or about you in that account at any time.
Offline: We may collect information from or about you offline, such as when you visit Our stores or facilities, attend one of our
events, sign up for a trial demo, place an order over the phone, or contact our customer service, sales department or any of our offices or agents.
Through your browser or device:
Device attributes: information such as the operating system name and version, device identifier (UDID), Media Access Control (MAC) address,
computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, hardware
and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, app name and version with connected file names and types,
and plugins. We use this information to ensure that the Platforms function properly.
Device operations: information about operations and behaviours performed on the device, such as whether a window is foregrounded or backgrounded,
or mouse movements (which can help distinguish humans from bots).
Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs and other identifiers, such as from games, apps or accounts that you use, and Family Device IDs (or
other identifiers unique to Group Company Products associated with the same device or account).
Device signals: Bluetooth signals, information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons and mobile phone masts.
Data from device settings: information that you allow us to receive through device settings that you turn on, such as access to your GPS
location, camera or photos.
Network and connections: information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address,
connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network.
When you visit our website or otherwise use our Platforms, we may use cookies, pixel tags, analytics tools, and other similar technologies to
help provide and improve our Platforms, and as detailed below:
Cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect information such as
browser type, time spent on the Platforms, pages visited, language preferences, and other web traffic data. We, and our service providers,
use the information for security purposes, to facilitate our Platforms for You, to display information more effectively, to personalize your experience
while using the Platforms, and to otherwise analyze user activity. We can recognize your computer to assist your use of the Platforms.
We also gather statistical information about the usage of the Platforms in order to continually improve their design and functionality,
understand how the Platforms are used, and assist us with resolving questions regarding the Platforms. Cookies further allow us to

Pixel tags and other similar technologies: Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with some Digital
Services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Platforms (including e-mail recipients), measure the success of our
marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Platforms and response rates.
Analytics tools: We use website and application analytics services developed inhouse or provided by third parties that use cookies and other
similar technologies to collect information about website or application use and to report trends, to better understand the functionality of Our
Products on Your devices, without identifying individual visitors. The third parties that provide us with these services may also collect
information about your use of third-party websites.
Do Not Track. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is an optional browser setting that allows You to express Your preferences regarding tracking by advertisers and other third parties. We do not use technology that recognizes

Log data: To improve our Platforms and services for you, we may collect certain Platform based data regarding the performance, usage,
operation, and condition of the Platforms, including: identification number; system functions; software version information; Platform data;
information regarding the use and operation of the products, and other features; and other data to assist in identifying issues and analyzing
the performance of the the Platoforms. We may collect such information either in person (such as during a service appointment) or via remote access.
Remote analysis data: We may be able to dynamically connect to the Platforms at the client side to diagnose and resolve issues at the client side,
and this process may result in access to personal settings in the devices.
Service history: In order to facilitate the servicing of Our Platforms for you, we may collect and process data about the service history of each
Customer and their Platform usage, such as the customer’s name, identification number, usage history, any outstanding issues, any bills
due, any customer complaints, former communications, and any other information related to its service history.
Advanced features:
We may provide you with Platform products which offers information, such as real-time traffic, climate information, which make use of the
different segment data of the devices you use to access it from and we may share this data with partners that contribute similar data to help
us provide the service, but we only collect or share the data in a way that does not identify you or your device. We also may collect similar data
in connection with other features, such as the navigation data for the online routing in case of our navigation app, and may share it with business
partners where necessary to provide certain facilities and feature to you, but, again, we only collect or share the data in a way that does not
identify you or your devices. We also only collect or share this data if you use these particular Platforms that uses these segment data.
If you no longer wish us to collect log data or any other data from your usage of Our Platforms, please contact us as indicated in the
“Contact Us” section below. Please note that if you opt out from the collection of log data or any other data from You or Your device regarding the
usage of Our platforms, we will not be able to notify you of issues applicable to Your Platform subscriptions in real time. This may result in
the Platforms suffering from reduced functionality, or inoperability, and it may also disable many features of Our Platforms including periodic
software and firmware updates, remote services, and interactivity with mobile applications and in-car features such as location search,
Internet radio, voice commands, and web browser functionality for You.
We may collect information about Your Platform usage, such as your installation/subscription date, number of Platforms installed/subscribed, and
serial number(s).
We may collect information about your organisation/company such as company size, working hours, etc in case You are a company which uses one of
Our business Platforms.

With Your employer or other fleet operator or the Owner of the license to use Our product, if You do not directly own it and as authorized under

Cross Border Transfers
Our products and services are controlled and operated from the countries we are based from. Information from or about You or

We are the data processors and not the data controllers of the information on Our platform for purposes of the EU

control their third party customer data and send it to us for processing, are the “controllers” of that data and are responsible
for compliance with the Directive. In particular, Our customers are responsible for complying with the Directive
and relevant data protection legislation in the relevant EEA member state before sending personal information to Us for processing.
We may enter agreements with Our customers located in the EEA to provide them access to Our Service(s), which includes
the processing of information relating to the End-Customers.
It shall be Our Customers responsibility to inform the End-Customers about and obtain necessary consent for any personal
information that is collected through their use of the Service(s). As the processors of personal information on behalf of Our Customers,
We follow their instructions with respect to the information they control to the extent consistent with the functionality of Our Service(s).

developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, or wireless service provider, including any information You disclose
to other organizations through or in connection with Our software applications or social media pages.
Public Forums
Our Websites offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information You provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of Your personal information from
Our blog or community forum, contact Us at support@vasanatechnologies.com. In some cases, We may not be able to remove Your personal information, in which case we will let You know that we are unable to do
so and why.
Testimonials
We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on Our Websites which may contain personal information. Prior to posting the testimonial, We obtain the customer's consent to post their name along with their testimonial. If You want Your testimonial
removed, please contact Us at support@vasanatechnologies.com.
Minors
Vasana Technologies does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the legal age. If You are under the
legal age, please do not submit any personal information through Our Platforms. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their
children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through Our Platforms
without their permission. If You have reason to believe that a child under the legal age has provided personal information to Us through Our Platforms,
please contact Us and we will endeavor to delete that information and terminate the child's account from Our databases.
Amendments
We may change this Privacy Policy. Please take a look at the “Last Updated” legend at the bottom of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was
last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on Our Platforms provided we will not
be notifying You if we amend the Policy to make addition, deletions or modifications of the various Platform cookies from time to time to keep
the list of cookies current and accurate. By using Our products or services, or otherwise providing information to Us following these changes,

Legal Disclosure
