We believe in responsibility to the community and being realistic economy wise towards the country. We have seen how
tech bubbles have popped up before and how it destroyed the wealth of many because of over-evaluation and misplaced bets by people
who were not very knowledgeable about the industry and its prospects in general and the people who took advantage of the situation. As such we
believe in some form of self-regulation for the benefit of everyone and not jumping immediately on the startup-IPO bandwagon. Not just
that, a company is more able when its own founders are heavily self-invested instead of looking for easy money. Being self-invested
also shows our own confidance in ourselves. It also helps us in realising our goal of making the country self-sufficient in areas that it is
lacking in by ensuring that the company's ownership is retianed within the country itself, which also adds to the IP portfolio and tech capacity of the country. Not just that, most times you have to
forego short-term gains to provide sustainable services to society, which is something that is difficult to do with most investors. Since we
believe in value creation just as much as wealth creation, we intend to remain private for as long as possible and limit investor influence in our core
products and goals.
Opportunity
However, our “flight plan” also leaves ample room for exciting growth opportunities along our path. Our team is young and our corporate
structure is nimble and adaptable, allowing us to capitalize in areas that are a good match to our skill-set without straying from our main
course. As such, we also create commercial products as a side - products that are strictly for-profit and investor oriented, mostly based on unique technologies or ideas
that aren’t easily replicated.
This strategy helps us to keep the company in good health financially, despite our research and development oriented direction, which takes time to fruitify. In that regard, we are open to take along a few select
